Collection: Grass Finished Beef

We raise an old heritage breed of cattle from Ireland called Dexter cattle.  They are smaller in size but are remarkable animals.  This breed is particularly good at converting pasture grass into well marbled, tender & flavorful beef.  It takes them a long 24-28 months to finish on grass but good things come to those who wait!  We don't give them any grain.  Grass only from start to finish!  No chemicals, no drugs & non-gmo.
